        Theatre Arts include a set of people who perform an event at a particular place that has live audience to watch…. The performers feel their life stress-free. As said by many great writers, the best way to avoid stress is by living in the PRESENT and not worrying about future. This is what is followed by the live performers at theatres. They are always with live audience and they can never skip their thought to any other moment than staying in present. Performing live needs a lot of rehearsals and hence they get to know more about perfection.

         Since they enact many characters, they have a great idea about how different perspectives effect life. They can easily analyze any situation and come up with better ideas all the time. Though stress cannot be escaped at times, it depends on how well one can come out of it. Theatre Artists are always easy-going and do not overthink.

All this hence helps them lead a NO STRESS life.

 


        These live performances help the actors to engage and attract a crowd more efficiently. This helps them to open up and mingle with people without hesitation. They can convey their views in a great manner and make people understand their situations. Having solutions for any stress related issues will make life much simpler.

 

        According to me, understanding another person’s thoughts is helpful to overcome stress. This is done well by Theatre Actors as they spend most of their time in pretending to be someone else and they get to know more about that specific character. Overcoming stress is a difficult task but living in the PRESENT and reducing the thoughts about FUTURE are the most effective ways to escape from it. Theatre artists are always imparting a new message by getting themselves into various other personalities which have various perspectives. Stress-management is much easier in such cases. Getting our own feet into another person’s boots will always help us get a better perception about situations and think of a well-planned solutions for any problems…
